Throughout her career, her love for residents and their families has remained at the heart of everything she does

Amanda Randles

Amanda Randles has dedicated 14 years to the healthcare field, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of those she serves. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in resident care. Through continued training and dedication, Amanda became a Medication Technician and continued growing professionally. She became a Resident Care Coordinator and later earned a promotion to the Executive Director. Her faith and family are very important to her. She enjoys watching her grandchildren dance and playing sports, taking cruises, exploring new places, and scrapbooking in her free time.

Knowing I’ve made someone’s day a little brighter brings me joy

Wendy Wall

Business Office Coordinator

Wendy Wall has worked with medical equipment and assisted living/memory care communities for the past 6 years. Helping others is something that means a lot to me. Whether I’m lending a helping hand, offering encouragement, or simply putting a smile on someone’s face, knowing I’ve made someone’s day a little brighter brings me joy. Family and friends are a very important part of my life. I’m blessed with four grown children—one daughter and three sons—and two wonderful grandsons. One of my favorite things to do is watch my grandson play sports and cheer him on. I love spending time by the pool, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and enjoying anywhere warm and tropical. I would describe myself as a quiet, humble, and caring person with a genuine heart for others. I’ve always had a passion for working with people because I truly believe everyone is special in their own way.

I enjoy learning each resident’s story and personality and creating special moments that bring a smile to their face

Tasha King

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Tasha King has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. I’ve learned that great care goes beyond meeting physical needs—it’s also about creating joy, purpose, connection, and meaningful moments. That’s what inspired me to step into the Activities Department. I enjoy learning each resident’s story and personality and creating special moments that bring a smile to their face. I love the family-like atmosphere and being part of a community where residents feel valued and loved. Originally from Ohio, I’ve called Hickory home for the past year. I’m a proud mom of one daughter, a small business owner, and I enjoy spending time with family and creating new things. I love Greek food, butterflies, and the color purple.
